Which finishing process is right for you? An overview
With our digital inkjet system, we can print directly on various surfaces (plastic, metal, glass, etc.). Multi-colored (CMYK) and photorealistic. This is highly economical, especially for very small runs and individual pieces. An underprint with white is also possible. A clear coat protects the result, either full surface or partially.
Pad printing guarantees extremely high print resolution, high durability, and unlimited color choice. Almost all materials can be printed. Due to the deformability of the pad, even curved surfaces can be printed. Pad printing is suitable for all uneven surfaces and is therefore preferred in the promotional products industry, the automotive industry (turn signals, windshield wiper levers), in medicine (syringes), and in retail (toys, CDs, dishes, screw caps, and much more).
The hot stamping process can be used for flat or relief embossing, embossing foils in metallic, color pigments, or holograms. It offers you unlimited design variety for indoor and outdoor use: metallic surfaces, aluminum and chrome are just as feasible as unicolor, wood design, brushed and metallic effects. Single image decors are available in the highest print quality, multi-colored, fully and partially metallized and with metallic effects. It also offers the possibility of 360˚ applications. The surface can thus be printed all around. Hot stamping is environmentally friendly, and the product can be further processed immediately.
Laser marking is a highly efficient method of marking. Changes in motifs, consecutive numbers, etc. can be executed quickly and with high quality. Laser marking is indestructible as it permanently alters the surface.
On metallic surfaces, temper colors are also possible. In the plastic sector, the addition of an additive is necessary to achieve certain colors.
